Antique rugs are one of the most enduring investments in home décor — they gain character with age rather than losing it, and a genuine hand-knotted Persian or vintage carpet will outlast any contemporary equivalent by generations.  At Hollandia Housewares we carry a curated selection of antique and vintage rugs, with a particular focus on hand-knotted Persian pieces such as Sarouk Mir and Senneh carpets. Every rug is examined in person for pile condition, colour fastness, structural integrity, and originality of dye.  We do not sell rugs that have been heavily restored or chemically washed to simulate age.
