1. Returns:

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@hollandiahousewares.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Clearly, mark the RMA number on the outside of the package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Refunds:

Upon receiving the returned item and inspecting its condition, we will process the refund to the original payment method. Please allow 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Refunds are issued for the cost of the item only; shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide instructions on returning the item, and upon verification, a replacement or refund will be issued.
